Civil court case records are official documents that contain non-criminal lawsuits of individuals or businesses for claims lesser or greater than $50,000. Civil cases involving claims of $50,000 or less are handled by the Palm Beach County Civil Courts. Registered users have additional search criteria like arrest date, incident number, date of birth, booking number, and driver’s license number.
